Susan Collins says she is voting against Coney Barrett confirmation to be 'fair and consistent'

Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, took a veiled shot her party’s leadership in the Senate on Sunday when she announced that she would be voting against the confirmation of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.
