Justice Amy Coney Barrett says public scrutiny of SCOTUS is 'welcome'

Justice Amy Coney Barrett said Monday at a judicial conference that "public scrutiny" of the Supreme Court is "welcome" when it keeps citizens informed on Constitutional issues.
