Cousin T's now celebrating its two year anniversary recently made its retail debut into 32 Sedona's Florida based grocery stores with its Gourmet Cousin T's Buttermilk Pancake Mix; In June the GMPR management team along with the Owner & Founder of Cousin T's, Terrence K. Williams, traveled to Sedona's Florida Headquarters and did a product demo of some of the other available Gourmet Cousin T's Pancake flavors. After the presentation, Sedona's management decided to carry 2 more Gourmet Cousin T's Pancake mix flavors, Banana Carmel & Blueberry along with both of Cousin T's Gourmet Maple syrups, The Original and the Gourmet Pure Maple Syrup. All of these Gourmet Cousin T's products will be proudly display on our sales friendly custom stands. With shelf space at a premium in all grocery stores and product visibility to customers essential, Cousin T's is following GMPR's Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Jose Madrid Salsa's proven success with in store custom product display stands. Jose Madrid Salsa sells an average of over 250% more product per location per week when their product is on a custom display stand compared to being on a store's shelf. These custom display stands can hold 140 Boxes of various flavors of Gourmet Cousin T's Pancake Mix, 24 Bottles of Cousin T's Original Maple Syrup and 6 Bottles of Cousin T's Gourmet Pure Maple Syrup. The GMPR demo team also did separate presentations of their Jose Madrid Salsas & Pizza Fusion brands for the Sedona's management group. After the demonstrations the Sedona's management determined they want to carry 8 different flavors of Jose Madrid Salsas and all 3 Pizza Fusion gluten-free frozen pizzas in all 32 locations; A purchase order has been sent to Sedona's for all 8 of the selected Jose Madrid Salsas;
The GMPR sales team is in various stages with hundreds of grocery stores & chains to get all GMPR products into retail locations; Revising the pre audits financials, audited financials with M&K CPAS, PLLC to finish the necessary financial statements for uplisting to NASDAQ, hire fulltime CFO; Pizza Fusion deal with US Military moving slowly but positively forward; Jose Madrid Salsa into two new food distributors, Gia Russa & UNFI; PopsyCakes partnered with $18 million Chocolate company in Pittsburgh; In June Christopher Street Products Launched four Gourmet Sangria's with Kevin Sorbo's (aka Hercules) website Sorbo Cellars.

*Audits:*
As of today GMPR engaged the services of Rick Weiner to revise and finalize the pre audits, finish the necessary financial statements for uplisting to NASDAQ and potentially become our fulltime CFO. GMPR has paid M&K CPAS, PLLC of Houston, TX, their required $25,000 fee to finalize and sign off on the audits when completed.
The delays in the pre audits were the result of two factors: Black Rock was suppose to supply GMPR with their financial statements by October 1^st, 2021 we received the financials late January 2022 and ultimately this along with other mitigating factors lead GMPR to mutually agree to forgo the acquisition; Second attributing factor for completion of the pre audits, after partial review of the Jose Madrid Salsa Financial statements the previously engaged pre auditor determined they needed to be reconstructed and their six digit proposed fee was more than the cost of an annual salary of a fulltime CFO. Solution, we are revising the financial statements and we have engaged Mr. Weiner to complete the necessary pre audits in a timely manor.
