(Nasdaq: IIIV) (“i3 Verticals” or the “Company”) today reported its financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended March 31, 2024. Highlights for the second quarter and six months ended March 31, 2024 vs. 2023 Second quarter revenue was $94.5 million, an increase of 0.7% over the prior year's second quarter. Revenue for the six months ended March 31, 2024, was $186.5 million, an increase of 3.7% over the prior year's first six months.
