Super Typhoon Surigae Brings Huge Waves to the Philippines

Heavy rain and huge waves battered the eastern Philippine city of Catbalogan, Sunday, April 18, as Super Typhoon Surigae brushed past the country. The Typhoon is expected to bring winds of up to 120 kilometers per hour to parts of the eastern Philippines, but the center of the storm is expected to remain at sea. (REUTERS)
