Coronavirus: Flying to India? Keep this form handy

People travelling to India from other countries are required to fill up a self-declaration form upon arrival at the airport as a part of preventive measures announced by the government amid rising concerns over coronavirus infections. The form has to be filled up in duplicate and handed over at immigration and heath counters at the airport for entering India.
