Tatum, Brown among 9 Celtics out against Heat

The Celtics have listed seven players -- including Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown -- as out for Sunday's game against the Heat because of the NBA's health and safety protocols and will have the minimum eight players available for the game against Miami.
