Fans voted the Cincinnati Bengals’ Ja’Marr Chase as the "NFL on FOX" Offensive Rookie of the Year after he led all rookies with 1,455 yards receiving. Chase takes home the OROY honors over the New England Patriots’ Mac Jones, the Miami Dolphins’ Jaylen Waddle, and the Pittsburg Steelers’ Najee Harris.
