Microsoft Confirms Widgets for Windows 11

Windows 11 is on everybody’s lips, as Microsoft has recently confirmed that the fall of 2021 wouldn’t bring a new Windows 10 feature update but a completely new operating system. And needless to say, given it’s such a massive overhaul of the Windows experience, Windows 11 will come with plenty of improvements, including what the Redmond-based software giant describes as widgets. In other words, widgets are making a comeback in Windows 11, though as you’ll find out in a second, they’re not exactly what you expect them to be.
