Epsom College headteacher died of shotgun wound to chest - and daughter shot in head

Epsom College headteacher Emma Pattison, 45, who is believed to have been murdered by her husband George, died of shock, haemorrhage and shotgun wounds to the chest and abdomen, an inquest has heard.
