Land where 'rough' Meadows pub once stood could become 'high-quality urban' homes

The Toll Bridge, a 1960s former Home Ales tied house, was demolished a number of years ago and where it once stood in-between Bathley Street and the Victoria Embankment in The Meadows has been empty ever since.
