Popular 'bakehouse' to open in Jewellery Quarter as owner says it's 'what we've been waiting for'

Baked In Brick, which has a pizza venue in Digbeth and bakehouses in Sutton Coldfield and Wylde Green, is expanding to the historic Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham.
