Washington Judge to Trump: No building border wall with bucks bound for Bangor

A U.S. District Court judge has blocked the Trump administration from taking nearly $89 million from construction at the Trident nuclear submarine base on Hood Canal, and diverting the money to build President Trump's border wall.
Judge Barbara Rothstein issued a temporary injunction. Attorney General Bob Ferguson sued to block diversion of money intended to build a pier for vessels that escort Trident nuclear submarines out into the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
