King County sheriff’s detectives ask for public’s help to find a second teenage murder suspect

Fernando Arias, 22, was fatally shot inside his car following an argument in SeaTac. Sheriff's detectives quickly arrested a 16-year-old suspect but are now searching for a 17-year-old suspect they believe is being hidden by gang members.
