Man who recorded Ahmaud Arbery shooting charged with felony murder

William Bryan, the man who recorded the killing of Ahmaud Arbery, has been arrested and charged with felony murder and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment. Arbery was shot and killed in February while on a jog in his neighborhood. Manuel Borjoquez has the latest.
