Hickenlooper appears before ethics board after being held in contempt

John Hickenlooper, a former governor and current candidate for U.S. Senate, appeared before the Colorado Independent Ethics Commission on Friday morning, a day after he was held in contempt for refusing to comply with a subpoena.
