Retired judge urges court not to drop criminal case against ex-Trump adviser Flynn

Retired U.S. judge John Gleeson urged a federal court on Wednesday not to grant the Justice Department's request to dismiss the criminal case against President Donald Trump's former national security adviser Michael Flynn, saying there is "clear evidence of a gross abuse of prosecutorial power."
