Atlanta officers surrender to police in Rayshard Brooks' death

Former Atlanta police officer Garrett Rolfe will face a judge for the first time Friday for the murder of Rayshard Brooks. Rolfe surrendered to police Thursday on 11 charges, including felony murder. The other officer involved also turned himself in after being charged with aggravated assault and oath violations. Mark Strassmann reports.
