In CA: Governor announces strict school guidelines; hospitals get military help

Military personnel have arrived at hospitals with overwhelmed staff. A settlement has been reached in the deadly Ghost Ship fire. And most schools won't reopen this fall but for those that will, students must wear face coverings. That includes you, third-graders.
