St. Louis elects first Black female mayor

St. Louis elected its first Black female mayor on Tuesday. Tishaura Jones will lead a city beset by violent crime. Jones has pledged to bring in more social workers plus mental health and substance abuse counselors instead of uniformed officers. (April 7)
