Sen. Paul on Cruz’s presidential eligibility: “It will have to be decided in the Supreme Court”

GOP presidential candidate Sen. Rand Paul believes Ted Cruz’s presidential eligibility must be decided in the Supreme Court. The Senator says the controversy is a matter of constitutional interpretation, but adds, “All experts agree he was naturally born in Canada.”
