2 Former Police Officers Charged in Violent Arrest of Woman With Dementia, Laughing and Breaking Her Arm

Two ex-Colorado police officials were charged upon violently arresting a 73-year-old woman with dementia last summer. The woman claimed they broke her arm and dislocated her shoulder amid an extremely brutal assault.
