Graham: Terrorists 'Welcomed in Afghanistan' After U.S. Departure

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said Wednesday on FNC's "The Story" that terrorists are "welcomed in Afghanistan when reacting to the U.S. drone strike that killed al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri.
