US-China Conflict: Ambassador Nicholas Burns Calls Breakdown in Relations a ‘Manufactured Crisis’

United States Ambassador to China Nicholas Burns called the breakdown in relations between the West and China a "manufactured crisis." The official also said that Beijing has to show the world it was not an "agent of instability."
