Police Arrest Man With Gun Near Capitol and Scrutinize Suspicious Package

The U.S. Capitol Police said its officers apprehended a man with a firearm blocks away from the Capitol and Senate office buildings. At the same time, the agency warned of a suspicious package nearby.
