Venezuela asks ICC prosecutor to investigate U.S. officials

Venezuela asked the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court on Thursday to investigate U.S. officials for what it called crimes against humanity resulting from sanctions imposed by Washington, Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza said.
