Most Wanted Man in Rwanda Who is Responsible for 1994 Genocide, Finally Arrested

Félicien Kabuga, who is the man behind the genocide that killed 800,000 Rwandans was finally found and immediately arrested on May 16. The United Nations are now seeking justice for the lives lost 25 years ago.
