Pakistan CJ says deputy speaker's ruling prima facie violates Article 95

Pakistan's Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its verdict on crucial case concerning the legality of the deputy speaker Qasim Suri's move to dismiss a no-confidence motion against embattled Prime Minister Imran Khan through a controversial ruling, with Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial saying the court will issue its decision in the evening.
