Pokhara crash preliminary report: Investigators suspect human error

On January 15th this year, during its departure from Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, flight 691 of Yeti Airlines crashed on the Seti River gorge, which is situated between the old and new airports in the city of Pokhara, a popular resort destination.
