Dozens of Syrians who had migrated to the Libyan city of Derna in search of work and better opportunities are feared dead after a devastating flood caused by storm Daniel swept through the city. The death toll has surpassed 11,000, with over 10,000 people missing. Search and rescue teams are still searching for bodies in the wreckage.
