Russian drones and missiles attack Odesa, damaging an art museum

Russia retaliated against Ukraine by launching missiles and drones at the southern Ukrainian city of Odesa, injuring five people and damaging a 19th-century art museum. Ukraine's 128th Mountain Assault Brigade reported 19 soldiers killed in a Russian strike on a medal ceremony. The commander of the brigade has been removed from his post, and an investigation is underway. Ukraine's top military commander also lost a close aide in an explosion.
