Hamas attack: 6 months later, Israelis cope with new reality

Avidor Schwartzman, 38, was at home in Kfar Aza on October 7 when Hamas militants entered the kibbutz in southern Israel. Schwartzman, along with his wife, Keren, and their baby, were trapped in a safe room until being rescued by the army 16 hours later. Sadly, Keren's parents, Cindy and Igal Flash, were among the 1,200 Israelis killed in the attacks.
