Too Much Sleep Linked To A Greater Risk Of Disease

According to CNN and a global study published in the European Heart Journa although it is recommended that adults get an average of eight hours of sleep a night, getting more than that could lead to cardiovascular issues or even death.

After analyzing data from 21 countries, across seven regions, the research team has discovered that people who sleep more than the recommended upper limit of eight hours have an increased risk of risk of major cardiovascular events such as stroke or heart failure.
