Protesters in Paris have destroyed shop fronts in the French capital as a fourth weekend of anti-government protests turned violent.

Video filmed this afternoon (December 8) showed hooded and masked protesters destroying shop fronts and bursting out of stores.

Among the damaged shops seen here are a branch of Starbucks, an Allianz Global Investors office and a McDonald's.
