Magnitude 5.4 Earthquake Hits Alaska
According to Reuters, a 5.4 magnitude earthquake has struck near Anchorage, Alaska on Sunday.
There are no reports of damage or casualties.
The U.S. Geological Survey says that the quake's location was 7 miles southwest of Point MacKenzie.
The disturbance follows a giant 7.0 magnitude quake last November that also struck near Anchorage, a city of around 300,000.
That quake was responsible for damaging roads, disrupting phone services and causing minor damage to buildings.
