According to a new poll, over a third of the country says it’s the government and poor leadership.????A new Gallup poll, ironically released on President’s Day, lists the government/poor leadership as the country’s main concern, capturing 35 percent.????Gallup reports this is the highest percentage they’ve seen in this category over the years, up two percentage points from 2013 during that year’s government shutdown.????The renowned polling company says the government/poor leadership category has steadily increased since President Trump took office adding that it ranked as American’s chief concern each month last year except for two.????Gallup, which surveyed over 1,000 adults nationally, says among Republicans there’s been a 14 percent increase in government/poor leadership being mentioned as their primary worry.????37 percent of Democrats, 36 percent of Republicans and 31 percent of Independents said the government/poor leadership were the biggest problem for the United States.????Other major issues for the U.S. from Gallup’s findings include immigration, healthcare and race relations/racism.
