Animal Charities Concerned About Tesla's New 'Dog Mode' Feature
Business Insider reports that Tesla unveiled a new car feature last week.
It is called "dog mode," and it keeps the electric car air-conditioned to prevent dogs from overheating when their owner is not in the car.
The feature also showcases a message assuring passers-by that the dog inside of the car is safe.
Although Tesla released a video that shows how well the feature works, PETA and RSPCA representatives voiced their concerns to Business Insider.
