New Zealand Prime Minister Says 'We Are One'

New Zealand experienced its worst mass shooting where 50 people were killed at two mosques.

Now people are mourning the loss of thousands by gathering and remembering the victims. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern spoke to an estimated 5,000 people in front of the Al Noor mosque.

Ardern said: “New Zealand mourns with you.

We are one.” According to Reuters, many of those attending the prayers wore headscarves supporting the Muslim community.
