U.S. To Asylum-Seeking Families: "Do Not Come. Do Not Risk It."

U.S. immigration authorities want to deport recently arrived families who are in the United States illegally.

According to Reuters, a government official leading the effort said Wednesday the push for deportation was to discourage the surging numbers of Central Americans arriving from Mexico.

Mark Morgan is the acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE.
