CloudFlare CEO on IPO, Dual-Class Share Structure and Regulating Content

Another day, another IPO.

This time its Cloudflare .

According to the company's S-1, "Cloudflare's mission is to help build a better Internet." Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince joins TheStreet to discuss its IPO.

The company originally priced at $15 Thursday night but its first trade was over $18 on Friday.

"Cloudflare is a network where we one run one of the largest networks in the world in 194 cities all around the world.

And what we do for our customers is we make them more secure.

So we give them a level of security.

We make them more performant, we make them faster and we make them more reliable and make sure that they stay online no matter what," explained Prince when asked what exactly Cloudflare does.
