The record-setting five-year deal is worth more than $1 billion, according to 'The Hollywood Reporter.'
The show extended its syndication deal with TBS as part of the deal with Warner Bros.
'The Big Bang Theory' will remain on the cable network, owned by WarnerMedia, through 2028.
All 12 seasons of the hit comedy series will be available to stream on HBO Max.
