The good news is there are ways you can work out from the comfort of your home!

Many businesses are closing in the valley due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Gyms..

Are shutting down..

Leaving many of you without a place to workout.

Experts say the lack of exercise could put your body... and mental health... at risk.

News 10's jordan kudisch joins us live this morning from union hospital.

She spoke with fitness specialists ..

And explains how you can still workout at home!

That's right..

All it takes is a few minutes of your day to get your heart rate going..

And your health is a good place.

And the good news... you can use online tools like this to help.

Planet fitness... and personal trainers are all turning to technology to keep "you" motivated.

They're doing virtual workouts so that during the isolation you can keep your "regular" habits in check.

Experts suggest 30 minutes a day..

Whether that's lifting weights watching tv..

Or even doing crunches on the carpet.

I spoke with a trainor at union..

Who says they wanted to go online..

To remind you your body is still a priortiy.

It's a little different just staring at my phone talking to people telling them what to do but we're just gonna push through it.

Hopefully it's just a couple weeks and then we're gonna get through it."
