Dekalb county clerk holly albright says the board of elections has been receiving many calls with a common request.sot holly 54:56 55:16 the phone calls we take are people wanting an absentee application.

Staff members who don't usually help with elections have been trained to get the voters information and be able to mail them out an absentee application.both albright and beth dlug with the allen county board of elections say they have sent out more absentee ballots than ever before.sot beth 58:40in the 2016 primary presidential election we had somewhere around 2,500 mailed ballots.
