College football season is a big part of many people's lives here in the south.

With the coronavirus outbreak, whether or not we see a fall season is up for questions wtva's chelsea brown joins us with what governor tate reeves on whether or not he thinks it is safe to play this fall the number of coronavirus cases are still rising.

Spring sports have been canceled and colleges are closed... the start of the college football season is only 129 days away..

Does that give teams time to train and practice..

Ole miss and mississippi state both have new head football coaches for this year so will we fans be able to gather in the grove or the junction this fall?

Governor tate reeves says he is definitely ready for sports to be back in our lives but does he think it is a good idea to do so now..

"i think we are going to work with the leagues, but i think the leagues are going to be leading the charge with respect to that.

We will deal with the public health officials, i don't think any league is going to be able to reopen until every state is comfortable with that is the right approach to take."
