Public health officials respond to Roseburg restaurant re-opening

In roseburg is still open for dine-in, even though it goes against governor kate brown executive order.

A spokesperson with the roseburg police department said the owners have not been cited for violating the executive order -- even though it's illegal.

Instead... they completed and submitted a police report against them to the oregon health authority.?other people make different decisions.

We all have to live with the decisions and i rather lean on the side of caution?

When i asked public health officer bob dannenhoffer whar he thought about the restaurant& he*repeatedly told me he had no comment.

Dannenhoffer phoner:?i don wanna get into the specifics about what people should and shouldn do in restaurants, but i hope people know that wee close to reopening parts of oregon&and people should look forward to that?

I reached out to o-h-a to see what they plan to do about casey's flagrant disregard for the law... but they referred to me the governor office.

He hopes other resturant owners are patient& and wait till may 15 to open their doors to the public.
