Purdue president mitch daniels says each student will receive a kit with health supplies when they arrive to campus.

The kits will be distributed as part of the normal orientaion process for all students.

Daniels said there's a variety of items in the kits and a thermometer is just (one of them.

Also mask, that are washable and resuaeble and sanitizer and other things that they can use to play their part in keeeping campus safe for all.

The kits are just (one way the university is implementing safety measures.
