We have people that are first time buyers because mortgage rates are historically low, so they're getting into properties where they thought maybe in the past they couldn't afford to.

There are first time homebuyer programs, and because of the low interest rates and because of the appreciation of real estate, people that bought their first home are now ready to move up maybe sooner than they would have been before.
