Coronavirus pandemic has led to record unemployment in the state... with hundreds still having problems getting their claims processed.

L3: coronavirus outbreak white in-person help for unemployment by appointment only many still show up i ... the state began offering in-person help back on june 16....when several people showed up at the capitol to protest the slow response to getting their claims processed.

Instead... they were greeted by workers who helped them with their claims. the state has continued to offer the in-person help... but now it's by appointment only.

Some still showed up today in frankfort but the only those with appointments received help.

There was a line created for people to book appointments.

The state says appointments are booked into august.
