Cfd reported heavy smoke coming out the back of the auto shop here in hixon.

Tire pallets were set on fire and flames reached the back bay where car are worked on.

Firefighters prevented flames from reaching oil tanks and there were no reported injuries.

The owner southern insurance associates, says two bystanders reported to the scene of his business on fire throwing buckets of water in the flames.

He says luckily they were there as it could have prevented much further damage.

I stepped inside the building where debri and residue is still overwhelming.

Owner - doesn't believe he was targeted but he does hope the security cameras he recently installed will lead to the suspects arrest.

"we just installed 8 new cameras and we also own a security company.

We got this guy on video.

He was here for over nine minutes lighting this fire.

He went to our recycling bin and lit up the cardboard....it was like a volcano."

No injuries were reported at the scene of southern insurance associates as well.
