Family and friends remember Bianca Devins on the anniversary of her murder

Of the devins family changed forever.

Tonight, friends and family of bianca held a candlelight vigil at roscoe conkling park in utica.

Those who went were asked to wear masks and to wear pink, which was her favorite color, in honor of bianca.
